1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese-softened 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 Blackberry Lemon Jam (Out of a Jam) 1 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets 1 egg 1 tbsp water
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper Mix together cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Lightly flour work surface. Roll each sheet of pastry in to a 10"x10" square. Cut each into 6 rectangles about 5"x3 1/2". Transfer to baking sheets Using a fork, price the centers of each rectangle leaving a 1/2 " border around the edges Mix together egg and water. Brush over each rectangle. Add a spoonful of cream cheese mixture to center of pastry. Spread out leaving the 1/2" border uncovered. Do the same with Blackberry Lemon Jam
Bake 15-18 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Yum!
